Documents Required for Import Delivery Order

1. Original bill of lading duly signed and ensorsed by the authorized signatory by consignee.

 

2. Identitiy card of the person who applies for delivery order with an authorization letter of the consignee.  If the customs broker applies for delivery order, then the power of attorney of the consignee need to be presented.

 

3. in case of temporary import formalities of the container: temporary acceptance indemnitiy (.pdf) form which should be duly signed and endorsed by the final receiver. However for Istanbul discharge shipments this form must be filled up. 

 

4. A deposit amount in favour of MSC Shipping Agency S.A. (please contact our offices for further details.)

 

5. In case of PERSONAL EFFECT CARGO, the following documents shall be produced in addition to the above: Original passport and copy of passport.
